- National Pig Day!

I feel like a fool! Why you ask? Because I totally neglected to mention that yesterday was National Pig Day! Pork is my absolute favorite meat. I seriously eat some type of pork every day and if not I'm very cranky.
You really can't go wrong with pig meat. You can have bacon, pork chops, loin, pernil, and more. Just thinking about it makes me salivate. In fact, I refuse to miss out on such an important holiday and thus I am declaring today Pork Day here at Yummr!
So tell me, what are you favorite pork dishes? Is there a particular form of pork you enjoy over all others? I really must say I heart pork chops the most followed by all other types of pork, except for pigs feet, because that just isn't my thing.

I just started eating pork again a month ago and couldn't be happier :) What a great day of celebration!
The infamous pork chop at the Little Owl is on the menu for me tonight. If you haven't had it, try it. It is unbelievable.
In fact, I think it might be a pork weekend for me. For you NYers--the pork buns at Momofuku and Fatty Crab are to die for.
