St. Patrick's Day Libations

St. Patrick’s Day is this Saturday, and the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of St. Paddy’s Day (after the color green of course) is drinking!  While doing the whole Irish bar scene is fun and definitely worth penciling in during your day, nothing beats making your own cocktails and celebrating with friends at home.  Adding green food coloring to a pale beer is the easiest route to go, but here are a few cocktail ideas (some green!) that would also go over well at any St. Paddy’s Day celebration.  Don’t forget to answer the new Quick Bite Trivia, which is all about St. Patrick’s Day and while you're at it, head over to the forums to let us know what your plans are for Saturday!
