I'm not a big fan of seafood but this looks pretty. It's a mix of shrimp, scallops, lobster, snow peas, mushrooms, and a few other veggies in a crispy noodle basket. I like the basket.

I love it when they serve that at banquets I prefer it when they make the basket out of taro rather than noodles. Taro is much more tasty and crisper, and sometimes the noodles are hard as bricks.
