I RECTANGLE IRISH BREAKFAST

I still am unwilling to come to terms with what is in 'black pudding' but I will tell you that I have fallen in love with the Irish Breakfast. Irish sausage just seems to have more flavor than any other I've ever tried and the heartiness of it is perfect for a hangover.
This photo is from The Red Lion, an Irish institution here in NYC that coincidentally is the most profitable bar in NYC :)

My god I am a fan of pork products but 4 servings before lunch seems over kill no? Definitely will have to seek out some irish sausage to see what it is like.

this made me laugh, we went to Ireland in 2002 and had our fill of beans for breakfast. hehehahah sausage, egg, tomatoe yummr, but you can only eat beans a couple days in a row........... then you need a break. hehehahah
