POTATO CRUSTED SALMON WITH ASPARAGUS AND CREMINI MUSHROOMS

I went to my local seafood market in Forest Hills and a nice piece of Norwegian salmon, some potatoes, asparagus and cremini mushrooms and voila dinner. I had this with a nice New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, it really brought out the salmon and the fresh lemon I squeezed on it.

I'm not a seafood fan but Salmon is a favorite of mine. This sounds and looks great!

I've never heard of potato encrusted salmon before, but it looks really good.
