This was the Vegetable "Bibimbop" that The Smith has located on 55 3rd ave. btwn. 10th & 11th in NYC.
This Bibimbop had sushi rice, shiitake, spinach, edamame, and a sunny up egg.

Man I love bibibmbop. I've always wanted to buy a metal bowl and stick it on the stove top but I never did, questioning my commitment on how often I would use it. Plus I bet there is a good chance I would burn my fingers, table, countertop or a combination of those, the house not withstanding.
