RICOTTA GNOCCHI

This is the best gnocchi I have ever had. It was made with ricotta cheese instead of potatoes and came covered in a white truffle cream. These literally melted in my mouth. I need to go back for more.
This is another dish from The Smith on 3rd ave. btwn. 10th & 11th in Manhattan.

I've had gnocchi once, and I think I'm still digesting it.
This stuff is HEAVY.

I've had gnochi at the Smith before and it is a very light and pillowy there, not heavy at all. It was amazingly good.

I am going to The Smith this weekend and I am ordering this, just because of this picture and the fact that I can't help but gape in wonder whenever I see it.
