HAVANA DOME

This is the Havana Dome dessert from Cuba Cafe. It was homemade vanilla ice-cream on top of a chocolate cake. On top of the scoop of vanilla ice-cream was a chocolate wafer that was topped with a healthy heaping of whipped cream and a strawberry. Oh, and two more wafer sticks drizzled with chocolate were on top of the whipped cream. There was also strawberry and peanut butter dipping sauce drizzled on the plate. Amazing.
