GNOCCHI IN SAUCE

First off, try to find gnocchetti, or baby gnocchi. I don't know why, but they taste better. Next, heat up your favorite sauce. I used a tomato-based one, but pesto or a red bell pepper sauce would work too. Heck, even just olive oil and garlic works.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add salt, and the gnocchi. Cook until the gnocchi float, about 3-4 minutes. Drain.

Heat some olive oil in a skillet large enough to hold the gnocchi in one layer (or close to it). Dump in the gnocchi and however much minced garlic you like. Cook at medium-high heat, enough to crisp the gnocchi, but not enough to burn the garlic.

Top with sauce, pepper flakes, and parmesan.

Gnocchi has to be one of my most favorite foods in this world and baby gnocchi sounds even more appealing!
