- Apparently you can take the Texan out of Texas but you can't take the love for BBQ out of the Texan. Check out this BBQ setup from my newly-relocated-to-New York City (ok well Westchester County) Texans. Their neighbors must have been so horrified when this started getting installed in the backyard. =)
As you can see we have pretty much every meat known to man out on the grill. What you don't see is: baked beans (witth bbq sauce and jalapenos), macaroni & cheese (crunchy on the top, of course), grilled corn on the cob (I'm not a fan, but many are), classic Wonderbread, and yummy homemade vanilla ice cream. Yumm!

omg thats great. i live in connecticut and literally have never even SEEN a glimpse of real barbecue in the area
