Chicken in Cola Sauce


This is a meal i threw together with some leftover chicken breasts and lots of leftover baby bellas.

The sauce is made of equal parts chicken stock and coca-cola, and a simple roux for thickening. Herbs used were rosemary, parsley and a bay leaf. Yum!
