I had some extra cupcake batter left over from the cupcakes I made a couple days before, so I figured I ought to use it instead of waste it. I made a faux container out of tinfoil, poured the batter in, and baked it loaf-style in the toaster oven until it was done. I whipped up some more frosting, this time adding some cocoa powder and smothered it on top. Finally, I grated some dark chocolate over the top, split the cupcake cake (also commonly known as just "cake") in two, and my roommate and I ate the whole thing in record time.
