- My friend made this superb meal of salmon encrusted with a brown sugar sauce with a mix of spices with a side of cous-cous topped with apples. Salad of romaine lettuce and homemade dressing of olive oil, fresh squeezed grapefruit and lemon mixed with parmesan and asiago cheese. The plate was finally dusted off with cayenne pepper. The meal actually had a lot more ingredients to it but I failed to write all of it down. This was such a fantastic meal that I wish I could re-create it.
