BANANAS FOSTER CUPCAKES

These are banana cupcakes with a cinnamon cream cheese filling dipped in a caramel cream sauce. I got the recipes for the cupcake and cream cheese filling from the Wilton Cupcake Fun website. I was surprised at how light and fluffy the cupcake was since most banana cupcakes recipes I have made were always very dense and muffin like.

Yummy!!! I want to make a whole batch and rinse it down with a very tall glass of cold milk... Lovely night that would be. :)
