Tasting menus. I love tasting menus matched with wine. I think it's the best way to know a restaurant and a Chef's cuisine is by tasting as much of it as you can without hitting your wallet too badly with serveral trips to the same restaurant.

This is awesome, Momofuku Ssam is number 1 in NYC's restaurant scene. This is so exciting to see and I am truly a fan of Dave's ramen. Brilliant!
