Yummr believes the Internet should be a safe and fun place, so we are going to try our best to protect your privacy while you are visiting our site. We also think you should always be made aware of what your privacy rights are and how we will collect and manage your information. Information Collection and Use

Yummr is the sole owner of the information collected on this site, and from its licensed software. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Yummr collects information from our users at several different points on our website. User Profile information including member's gender, age and town are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the Yummr.com. Yummr may share aggregated and anonymous demographic and statistical information with its business partners, but no such information can be linked directly to you or your account. Furthermore, we may need to disclose personally identifiable information when required by law. Upon a merger, consolidation, acquisition or other corporate reorganization in which Yummr participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Yummr's assets Yummr may transfer user's personal information to a successor entity. Such successor shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.

Account

Once you become a member of Yummr, you will receive a password and an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Yummr of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to the member.

Security

Yummr member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. Yummr takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members

Yummr members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. Yummr.com stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the member sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the invitations. Yummr does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. Recipients of invitations from Yummr.com may contact Yummr to request the removal of their information from our database.

You may prevent Yummr.com email invitations and other messages from being sent to any email address you control by sending a single email with the subject "BLOCK" to help@yummr.com Please note that the email must come from the account you wish to block.

Links

Yummr.com contains links to sites. Yummr is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on Yummr.com.

Cookies

Yummr.com uses cookies to store visitors' preferences and to record session information, for purposes including customized newsletter, Web page, and advertising content based on browser type and user profile information. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set (each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences). However, you must enable cookies from Yummr.com in order to use most functions on the site.

Log Files

We do track certain information such as type of browser and log on time for our own use. We use this information only to track where our users may be coming from and what type of software they are using. We keep this information so we can continuously improve our users' online experience and improve the Yummr.com. None of this information can ever be traced back to any specific person and is useful only to Yummr.

Children's Privacy (Users under the age of 13)

Yummr fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). Under COPPA regulations, Yummr DOES NOT:

1. Request or knowingly collect personally identifiable information online or offline contact information from users under 13 years of age; or
2. Knowingly use or share personal information from users under 13 years of age with third parties;
3. Give children the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information;
4. Entice children with the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity.

It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information given to us or pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will immediately delete the information from our servers.

Change In Privacy Policy

You hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy by visiting the Yummr.com site. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy please do not use the Yummr.com site or any other Yummr.com services. Yummr reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy from time to time at any time. Please check back regularly for updates. If there is a material change in Yummr's policy that substantially effects the user's personal information Yummr will make an effort to contact individuals via email to inform them of the change.
